Order Payment
The Feather Tree Co. ® accepts payment by Check, Money Order, Visa or MasterCard for mail or fax orders. The Feather Tree Co. ® online catalog ONLY accepts credit cards for online payment processing. For either type of order, your credit card will not be charged nor will your check be cashed until your order is shipped.
For mail and fax orders, please give your complete mailing address and telephone number. Wisconsin Residents please add the 5.5% sales tax. When placing an order through our online catalog, please complete all required information on the "Checkout Page". When using a credit card, please include the name as it appears on the card, all of the card numbers, and the expiration date.
Shipping
We ship via U.P.S. to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. International orders are shipped per the buyer's request. The shipping fee will be processed after the package is shipped.
Your cost for shipping outside of the 48 contiguous United States will be different from the shipping charges listed on this web site at the time you place your order. Actual shipping charges will reflect the shipping and packaging costs to the destination listed.
If you are ordering more than one item from The Feather Tree Co. online catalog to be shipped to a single address, we will package the items together in the most cost effective manner. Actual shipping charges that will be applied to your credit card may be lower than the amount quoted in The Feather Tree Co. online catalog.
If you select the "Check here for Premium Shipping", please indicate if you wish to be contacted by phone or email and whether you prefer one-day, two-day, or three-day shipping. We will contact you with the cost for shipping.
Product Returns
Please contact The Feather Tree Company before returning any tree in order to get packing instructions and a confirmation of your return. If contact is not made prior to shipping the return, there will be a 20% restocking charge for the returned tree.
We are delighted to present the finest quality Feather Trees available today. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you may return or exchange it with an authorization from The Feather Tree Co. ®.
The item must be returned in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Sorry, our initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
If you return an item, it must be packaged in the same manner it had been shipped by The Feather Tree Co. ®.
If an item arrives in a damaged condition, save all of the packing materials and consult your delivering company.
